Milpitas deserves a mayor who listens, acts, and delivers measurable results for residents, families, small businesses, and neighborhoods.

Why I Am Running for Mayor

Milpitas is my home. Families here work hard, build businesses, raise children, care for parents, and expect City Hall to keep up with the real needs of a growing city. Too often, residents see the same problems linger: traffic, unsafe streets, delayed projects, unclear decisions, and growth that does not always come with the infrastructure neighborhoods need.

As a technology entrepreneur and Milpitas resident, I know how to build teams, solve complex problems, and turn plans into results. I am running for Mayor to bring that execution mindset to city government.

My focus is simple: safer streets, responsible growth, transparent decisions, and city services that work for residents.

Key Priorities

Responsible Growth

Growth must come with traffic planning, schools, utilities, parks, and protections for existing neighborhoods.

Safer Streets

Fix dangerous intersections, improve pedestrian and bike safety, reduce speeding, and strengthen emergency response readiness.

Open City Hall

Make budgets, project timelines, permits, and city decisions easier for residents to understand and track.

SAFETY • TRAFFIC RELIEF • RESPONSIBLE GROWTH • ACCOUNTABILITY

My Vision for Milpitas

A City That Works for Residents

Milpitas should be safe, clean, connected, and responsive to the people who live and work here.

Milpitas is growing quickly, but residents deserve growth that improves everyday life, not just more buildings.

We need a city where infrastructure keeps pace with housing, traffic is actively managed, parks and neighborhoods are maintained, and small businesses can thrive.

As Mayor, I will focus on practical results:

  • Faster traffic relief and road safety projects
  • Better coordination with schools, transit agencies, and neighboring cities
  • Transparent budgets, timelines, and performance dashboards
  • Strong public safety partnerships and emergency preparedness
  • Cleaner parks, streets, and shared public spaces

Responsible Budgeting

The Milpitas budget funds police, fire, roads, parks, libraries, planning, maintenance, and essential city services. Every dollar should be tied to clear priorities, measurable outcomes, and long-term financial stability.

Fund What Matters

Protect core services like public safety, infrastructure, emergency response, parks, and neighborhood maintenance.

Plan Ahead

Address long-term budget pressures with disciplined planning, reserves, and realistic project timelines.

Show the Work

Make spending, contracts, and project status understandable for residents, not buried in technical reports.
